Brand identity design (Passion Project)

Project Goal: Explore a brand identity for a boutique gym that embodied luxury, strength, and transformation.

 Haven Fitness Collective needed a brand that could seamlessly blend the worlds of luxury and strength. They wanted to stand out in a competitive market by offering a unique experience that wasn’t just about workouts, but also about a transformative, high-end atmosphere. The challenge was to create a visual identity that communicated both strength and elegance, appealing to clients who valued both fitness and a luxurious experience.

To address this, I selected a font that balanced strength with a touch of femininity, avoiding overly bulky or overly delicate styles. I also chose a rich purple palette to evoke a sense of luxury, paired with gray and white to keep it sophisticated and modern. The butterfly illustration integrated into the logo’s “V” in “Haven” symbolized transformation, reinforcing the brand’s core message.

The design process was all about digging deeper and going beyond cliché fitness imagery. Instead of typical gym icons, I focused on the concept of transformation, using the butterfly motif to convey growth and change. This approach not only set the brand apart but also added a layer of elegance and uniqueness. The editorial-style photography further reinforced the upscale feel, capturing the essence of both strength and refinement.
